The Chicago Court & All Night Society (complete, must read)

• You may freely role play with other player characters in the main Chicago Court forum-board. The role play that occurs on this board all happens over the span of a single night.

• The sub-forum boards that are titled by Non-Player character names are specific to those characters and those characters alone. Once a month, a Player character may start a scene with one of the Non-Player character.

• The Non-Player characters may also initiate scenes with Player characters, if the ST Staff wishes. These scenes may be denied by the Player characters, but keep in mind that consequences may occur.

• When a scene is started, the Player Character who has started the scene should post the month in parenthesis somewhere in the first post. After that month has passed, the scene becomes closed and no new characters are welcomed. The scene should resolve as quickly as possible, or fade to black if the players agree to take such action.

• If Status is awarded by one of the Greater Chicago Court kindred, that status is considered temporary and may be removed at any time by the Court and/or ST Staff. Status that is purchased, by the players with experience, is considered permanent and supported by the kindred in the Greater Chicago area.

• The 3 Traditions of the Masquerade are to be observed at all time, as well as any other decree that Sir Prince Hermann has set forth. Any kindred that is caught breaking the traditions or other decrees is subject to punishment by the court. These decrees include the faithful carrying out of boons owned, and any debt from one kindred to another that is recognized by the Greater Chicago Court.

• The Chicago Court Gathering held at the Chicago Theater is considered to be on Elysium Grounds. All Kindred are subject to the normal rules and stipulations of Elysium while on these grounds.

• The Court of Chicago will receive visitors and kindred seeking to establish themselves in Chicago as acknowledged members of the city. If kindred are accepted to the court, they are bound to honor all Blood Hunts and decrees of the Greater Chicago Court; this includes mandatory aid, by all residents, in covering up masquerade breeches.
