"I had to come out, it is too nice of a night and these ones always need exercise." she says with a smile, she removes her hand from his and adjusts the strap on her shoulder.
"These two might as well be horses, well, ponies." she jokes.

"Purebred ponies from the look of them." He goes on to say looking the animals over without touching them.
The temptation to do so is there in his manner, but Alexander remains restrained. His elbows shift a few times as he speaks, rather than open hands flaying around.
"Doberman's were a favorite among the social elite in Georgia at one point. They used them for hunting, guarding and for show pieces, a lot like they did with many things."

"You may pet them if you like" she offers and the dogs casually yet eagerly look towards the kindred gathered. "Do you have any animal companions?" she asks of them both as a small gust of wind picks up.

Alexander takes the opportunity to kneel down and pet the two creatures, then looks up to their master "Not here in the city as of yet. We have a few back home along with our horses."
Having not forgotten his other new companion, he looks over his shoulder to Angela. "How about you, Angela? Anyone home to help keep you warm on the cold Indiana nights? A gentleman would assume natives like yourselves would both be prepared for this weather."

"I don't." Angela was still relaxed against the cool brick wall, her hands tucked in her jacket pockets.
"Given as keeping warm is not high on my list of priories, finding a partner hasn't been a long term goal of mine." Besides, she preferred to eat animals, not people. But the idea of having a home to go to was very appealing to Angela. To walk into her haven safe and confined from the darkness that she left at her back every morning before the sun rose. Thing most Kindred took for granted she enjoyed. Hell, so much she was fixing up a dump to make her home.

Looking back to the dogs he petted, Alexander listend to the reaction and the words from the woman at his back. As his hands ran over the soft short fur of the dobermans, his actual gaze drifted off to another place and time.
"Too bad, you're a beautiful woman and the little things in your voice seem like you have a lot left inside you worth being close to." strong hands still tracing darker fur.
"Hang on to that as long as you can, Angela. No matter what others might say to you." looking up to Quinn in turn "Thank you, by the way. I think I might look into a puppy. Its been far too long."
With that, he stands and looks back over to Angela directly right after thanking Quinn for his moment with the dogs. He slips his hands back into his gloves and moves back towards Angela now. Alexander's hands once more fading into his pockets.
"Have you been here long?"

As Alexander speaks, a smiling redhead approaches and loops her arm through his. The feel of her beast almost intermingles with his - as if they are park of a pack rather than individual creatures of darkness. Her too-red lips drop a gentle kiss by his ear before turning sharp eyes on the gathered group.
"I see you've been making friends without me," she teases, her own demeanor as friendly as his.

"Hello. Im Quinn." She introduces to the lady on the gentlemans arm. The dogs ears perk but sense no threat so they go back to observing the area.

Angela took note of Alexander's concern for her mental and emotional well being. It was rare to meet a blood sucker so insightful.
"Thank you for your concern, Mr. Turner." Angela gave a polite smile and was genuine in her appreciation.
She watched as the lush red head curled her arm around his, as if she had been the missing part of Alex. The kiss was delicate, but the love in her eyes was not misplaced with crude or vulgar meanings.
"Not at all. Angela Sisco." She offered her cold pale hand to the redheaded beauty.

"The two ladies were keeping me company while you finished that shopping you were enjoying. " returning Charlotte's kiss after speaking.
"In fact, I think I might want to look into finding a dog once we get our home situated and the horses brought up. I know you're going to want to make sure that you keep that hobby of yours. Beyond that, I don't think you've missed too much, yet. " his free hand coming to trace Charlotte's delicate, pale knuckles.
A moment later he adjusts his collar once more as the snowfall begins to pick up. Alexander's head tilts to the night sky with his sigh. "Then there is this stuff."

"Charlotte Turner," she greets in her sweet, peachy accent, reaching out to shake the offered hand. "Nice to meet you ladies." When her hand is returned, she pats Alexander's arm affectionately. "Don't mind his fuss. He's never been fond of the snow."
Despite the light tone of conversation, Charlotte does not come off as a brainless woman. There is intelligence and cunning hidden behind the beauty, for one does not live so long without both. "Are you both native to Muncie?"

Quinn smiles but shakes her head "No, I have only been here little over a week." and looks to Angela for her answer. They seem a lovely couple. It's nice to have someone that seems to be your other half. she thinks but quick as a snake another thought enters her mind Not that you will ever know that feeling. Your a disgrace to look at and surround yourself with animals. You seem a crazy person. You know that? and no one wants crazy. You will never find love...unless you let Him back in. Not that he ever left you.

"Lets just say my experiences in the cold verses hers are a lot different. They didn't leave the best of tastes in my mouth. Snow at best was water that you didn't need to go to a creek or boil to drink...just melt it." Alexander comments with a frown.
With the irritation dragging up old bad memories, his accent thickens.
"Not all of it was terrible. Just a few years that I generally try not to think about too much."

Pocketing her hands once again, the young kindred leaned against the brick wall and listened to the other talk.

Quinn shivers at the memory of torture out in the snow, the dates in the snow. The moments with Him "I love the snow, like a child." but her eyes seem haunted.
"What kind of horses do you have?" she asks attempting to come back to this reality before her depression gets to far.
